 Quinta Padeiro has recently been sympathetically and tastefully renovated to a very high standard to include underfloor heating for the cooler months and air-conditioning for the height of the summer. It sits with 5000 m2 of mainly landscaped gardens with citrus, olive, almond, carab and fruit trees with a lawn and children's play area. The immediate area offers Tennis, golf and family attractions within a few miles. Spa facilities are available at Club Barrington. There is a managers cottage in the grounds and maid service everyday to ensure your holiday is comfortable and enjoyable.
We have now decided to make
a games room with additional accommodation in the Garden Cottage.
It is situated at the end of the landscaped gardens with views of the play area, lawn and meandering
paths, just a stroll across from the terrace leading to the main villa and pool house bedroom.
It has a bedroom with a standard double bed, shower room and fitted kitchen with an electric hob and oven.
The games room is approx 8m x 5m and is in the centre of the cottage between the shower room and bedroom.
It has a log burner for low season months and an free standing air condition unit for summer months, also included is a sofa, table and 4 dining chairs,
Satellite TV and internet access. Table tennis table, chess, board games and books. Externally there is a
Patio with a sun bed, table and chairs and is adjacent to the badminton/ volley ball court.
Suitable for Aupair, teenage children or granny flat.
